Connect with Bridges to Life: The First Step
We believe in connecting you with our team from the moment you reach out by phone or via our web form. When you contact us, our welcoming and knowledgeable intake coordinators will thoroughly address any of your questions or concerns.
We know that entering a treatment program can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Our intake coordinators will walk you through the steps of the admissions process, keeping you informed from your initial contact, to financial arrangements, to coordinating your arrival at our programs.
Assessment: The Second Step
If you are interested in admitting to one our treatment programs and once your initial questions are answered, we will begin the intake process by completing an assessment.
This free assessment helps us gather relevant background and clinical information on you to help us determine if you’re an appropriate fit for one of our residential, day, or outpatient treatment programs. We want to get to know you so that we can make the best treatment recommendation possible.
The assessment can be completed in person if you reside locally, or by telephone or teleconference. Assessments typically last about an hour, and are completely free and confidential.
Insurance Verification Form
We also require you to participate in pre-treatment sessions prior to admitting. During these sessions, we provide additional details on the specifics of your detox (if needed) and we will provide a thorough overview of the programs at Bridges to Life Detox and Recovery.
Together, we will begin to develop a preliminary treatment plan and make sure that you are familiar and comfortable with before beginning treatment.
Our intake coordinators can clarify which of our programs include this step in the admissions process.
The Right Fit
We believe that treatment is most successful when it specifically addresses your needs in a comfortable, supportive environment. Our compassionate and knowledgeable intake team will assist you in finding the right fit, even if that fit is another treatment program.
In addition, we will collaborate with your current treatment providers or family members to ensure your care is fluid, coordinated, and of the highest quality possible.
Before admitting to one of our programs, you also have the option of coming to tour our facilities. We want to help you feel comfortable with your decision, and are happy to show you around.
Once you’ve completed the intake process and are ready to admit, we will coordinate your arrival, including local transportation, if needed. We will also help you finalize your finances and schedule a time to check in.
We will let you know what to bring with you, notify necessary parties, and ensure our program staff members are aware of any special needs or preferences that you may have.
