Bridges to Life offers a mix of individual and joint counseling as well as group therapy for couples. You will learn how to identify each other’s triggers and how to avoid them. You will be given quality time together that doesn’t revolve around drinking or using so that you may gain a new perspective and participate in leisure activities that you might have abandoned because of your drug or alcohol abuse.
